Steve's banking career began almost four decades ago in NSW, giving him a broad grounding across all facets of banking before he found his true passion: lending. Since moving to Queensland in 2001, he's built deep experience across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Rockhampton and the Sunshine Coast - spanning home lending, small business relationship management, and four years as a broker.
With decades in the industry, Steve brings sharp analytical skills and a genuine passion for helping clients find the right lending solution. He joins Just Got Finance ready to help our clients - and our business - thrive.

Stevie's career spans over 15 years across non-bank lending, mortgage brokerage and major bank environments - preceded by a decade in real estate. Along the way, she's worked the full loan lifecycle, from credit assessment and compliance through to operations management, and spent years leading teams with a focus on making sure every person in the process feels genuinely looked after.
Having sat on all sides of the table, Stevie understands exactly what it takes to get a great outcome for clients. She's calm under pressure, quietly obsessed with good systems, and genuinely invested in making sure every client feels looked after, not just processed - the kind of person who remembers the details and follows things through.
